Affiliate Policies
Affiliate Policies
Version 2639127 · last updated 2026-09-23
Effective Date: September 23, 2026
These Affiliate Policies supplement, and are governed by, the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, which is the controlling agreement for the Frontline Prop affiliate program. These Policies are issued as policies and guidelines under the Affiliate Terms and Conditions and may be modified by Frontline Prop at any time in accordance with that agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Affiliate Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Policies and the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, the Affiliate Terms and Conditions control. Nothing in these Policies modifies, limits, or waives any right, discretion, or disclaimer reserved to Frontline Prop under the Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Our Approach to Affiliates
As a fast-growing prop firm, Frontline Prop actively encourages and supports affiliate partners who promote Frontline Prop to their unique audiences through original content. Affiliates are expected to operate under their own name and/or brand identity and to position all promotions clearly as third-party activity and recommendations, not as official Frontline Prop communication.
To protect customers, ensure accurate information, and safeguard the Frontline Prop brand, all affiliate activity must comply with the policies below.
PPC Campaigns (Paid Search Advertising)
Affiliates are not permitted to run paid search (PPC) campaigns that compete with Frontline Prop's own paid advertising activity.
This includes, without limitation:
- Bidding on Frontline Prop brand terms, trademarks, or keywords, including:
- "Frontline Prop", "Frontline", "frontlineprop.com", and any variations, abbreviations, pluralisations, or misspellings
- Bidding on exact match, phrase match, or broad match keywords where the root term includes "Frontline Prop", "Frontline", or any confusingly similar variant
- Using Frontline Prop brand terms in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, extensions, or destination URLs
- Running paid ads that are designed to intercept users already searching specifically for Frontline Prop or its products
These restrictions apply across all paid search platforms, including Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, and any other search-based advertising networks.
The only exception is where explicit written approval has been granted in advance by the Frontline Prop affiliate manager.
Rationale
Frontline Prop actively invests in paid search to manage customer acquisition, pricing accuracy, regulatory disclosures, and attribution. Affiliate bidding on branded or near-branded terms creates internal competition, inflates both parties' cost-per-click, disrupts attribution models, and may result in commissions being paid incorrectly.
Any breach of this policy may result in withheld commissions, account suspension, or removal from the affiliate program.
Disclosure of Promotional Channels
Affiliates must disclose to Frontline Prop, at the time of application and on an ongoing basis, the specific channels and methods through which they will promote Frontline Prop. This includes, without limitation, the names and handles of the accounts, websites, and platforms used (for example, the specific YouTube channel name, X/Twitter handle, website domain, Discord server, Telegram channel, or newsletter).
Affiliates must keep this information accurate and up to date and must notify Frontline Prop before promoting through any channel not previously disclosed. Promoting Frontline Prop through undisclosed channels may result in withheld commissions, account suspension, or removal from the affiliate program.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before any commission payout is made, affiliates must complete identity verification ("know your customer" or "KYC") as required by Frontline Prop and/or its third-party providers. This may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, tax information, and such other information or documentation as Frontline Prop or its third-party providers may require from time to time in their sole discretion.
Frontline Prop may withhold any payout until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Affiliates who fail to complete KYC, or who provide information that cannot be verified, may be disqualified from the affiliate program and may forfeit any accrued commissions.
Minimum Referral Requirement
Affiliates must refer a minimum of five (5) unique users to be eligible for commission payouts. This requirement is in addition to, and does not limit, the eligibility, performance, and reporting obligations set out in the Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Minimum Payout Threshold
Commissions are paid only once an affiliate's accrued, eligible commission balance reaches a minimum of five hundred U.S. dollars ($500). Balances below this threshold roll forward and accrue until the threshold is met. This threshold operates within, and is subject to, the payment terms of the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, including Frontline Prop's discretion over commission schedules and the acknowledgment that no particular payment is guaranteed.
Payment Timing
Subject to the payment terms of the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, eligible commissions are targeted to be paid monthly, at the end of each calendar month, for the prior period's qualifying activity, provided that the affiliate has met the minimum referral requirement, satisfied the minimum payout threshold, and completed KYC. Commissions remain subject to verification, to clawback for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent or disqualified referrals, and to all rights, discretion, and disclaimers reserved to Frontline Prop under the Affiliate Terms and Conditions. As described in that agreement, affiliates are not guaranteed any particular payment, and payment timing and amounts may be handled through and by one or more third-party providers.
Self-Referrals and Related-Party Referrals
Affiliates are prohibited from referring themselves or any related party to Frontline Prop. Specifically, an affiliate may not use their own affiliate code, tracking link, coupon, or cookie — whether directly or through any intermediary — to purchase or sign up for any Frontline Prop product or service on behalf of:
- the affiliate themselves, including through any additional, secondary, or alternate account, email address, or identity;
- any member of the affiliate's household or immediate family;
- any entity the affiliate owns, controls, is employed by, or is otherwise affiliated with, or any officer, director, employee, or agent of such entity; or
- any other person where the affiliate directly or indirectly funds, reimburses, or subsidises the purchase, in whole or in part.
Affiliates also may not participate in reciprocal, circular, or coordinated referral arrangements with other affiliates, in which participants refer one another or one another's related parties for the purpose of generating commissions or reaching a commission tier.
Effect on commissions
Commission is calculated on qualifying referred sales. A purchase that breaches this section is not a qualifying referred sale. Accordingly, Frontline Prop may:
- exclude the purchase from the affiliate's referred sales for all purposes, including the determination of which commission tier applies to that month — meaning a disqualified purchase cannot be used to reach a higher tier rate;
- recalculate the affiliate's commission for the affected month or months on the basis of qualifying sales only, and reverse, withhold, or offset any amount already accrued or paid;
- withhold the affiliate's entire commission balance pending investigation; and
- suspend or terminate the affiliate's participation in the affiliate program.
These remedies are cumulative, may be applied retroactively, and are in addition to all rights and discretion reserved to Frontline Prop under the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, including its rights on termination and its right to verify the source of affiliate traffic.
Frontline Prop may request documentation from an affiliate to confirm that a referred purchase was not self-funded or made by a related party. An affiliate who does not respond to such a request within a reasonable period may have the purchase treated as non-qualifying.
Impersonation of Frontline Prop
Affiliates must not create content that impersonates, imitates, or closely mirrors the Frontline Prop brand.
This includes websites, landing pages, advertisements, social media accounts, or promotional materials that could reasonably lead a user to believe the content is owned, operated, or officially endorsed by Frontline Prop.
Because Frontline Prop has no control over third-party content, such activity presents a material risk that pricing, risk disclosures, regulatory language, or product information may be inaccurate or outdated, even when appearing official.
This section supplements, and does not limit, the provisions governing use of the Marks, brand confusion, confusingly similar names and domains, and required disclosures set out in the Affiliate Terms and Conditions (including its Intellectual Property and Performance sections). Affiliates remain bound by all such provisions, including the obligation to disclose their paid affiliate relationship and the simulated-trading nature of the Services.
Any impersonation or brand confusion may result in immediate corrective action, withheld commissions, or termination from the affiliate program.
