This Cookie Policy explains how Frontline Prop LLC (“Frontline Prop”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on frontlineprop.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “Site”). It should be read together with our Risk & Disclosure Statement.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site’s operators. Similar technologies — such as web beacons, pixels, software development kits, and browser storage mechanisms like localStorage and sessionStorage — can be used for the same purposes. In this policy we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies”.

How we use cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Cookies and similar technologies we use

The table below lists the providers and categories of cookies and similar technologies you may encounter on the Site. Specific cookie names may change as third-party providers update their products.

Provider Purpose Examples Type Duration
Cloudflare Hosting, traffic routing, bot & abuse protection. __cf_bm, cf_clearance Strictly necessary Up to 30 minutes
Next.js / Site app Remembers basic interface state on the Site (for example, the selected pricing tab or account size) using browser storage. No personal data is stored. localStorage, sessionStorage keys (not cookies) Strictly necessary Until cleared
Google Analytics 4 Measures aggregate Site traffic and usage. IP addresses are truncated and not used to identify you. ga, _ga Analytics Up to 2 years
Klaviyo Records that you submitted the waitlist or contact form so we can send you launch updates and avoid duplicate sign-ups. __kla_id Functional Up to 2 years

Other technologies we may use in the future

As we move from waitlist toward live operations, the Site may add the following categories of cookies and similar technologies. We will update this policy before any of these are deployed in production:

Third-party privacy policies

Several of the providers listed above are independent third parties that process information under their own privacy policies:

How to control cookies

You can control or delete cookies and similar technologies at any time using your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only certain cookies, delete cookies that have already been set, or clear local and session storage. Doing so may affect how the Site functions.

You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

For general information about cookies and how to manage them, see allaboutcookies.org.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track, the Site does not currently respond to it. We do honour GPC signals where required by applicable law.

U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and, where applicable, the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or of targeted advertising as those terms are defined under those laws. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
